Ever since the trailer of The Great Grand Superhero dropped, audiences have been loving its entertaining mix of aliens, nostalgia, childhood imagination and superhero madness. But the sweetest reactions have now come from people closest to Jackie Shroff himself, son Tiger Shroff and longtime friends Suniel Shetty, Subhash Ghai and Gulshan Grover.
Tiger Shroff, who famously played a superhero in A Flying Jatt, reshared the trailer on Instagram and proudly cheered for his father’s superhero avatar. Calling it a “killer trailer,” Tiger wrote, “Flying Jatt ka baap,” instantly winning over fans online.
Suniel Shetty also shared an emotional reaction, writing, “Jaggu Dada as a superhero!!! Arre baba… for some of us, he’s always been one. Now he’s out there fighting aliens, winning hearts, and proving that grandfathers are the original superheroes.”
Meanwhile, filmmaker Subhash Ghai who launched Jackie Shroff in Hero shared his excitement on X, praising the actor’s new avatar and calling the trailer highly entertaining.
Adding to the love, Gulshan Grover reposted the trailer on Instagram and wrote, “Amazing trailer! Looking forward to watching the film on 29th May in cinemas!”
