Jaipur, October 2026: JK Lakshmipat University (JKLU), Jaipur, successfully concluded BIZVERSE’26, its two-day national management fest held on October 5–6, 2026. The inaugural edition brought together 460 unique participants representing 115 teams, creating a dynamic platform for experiential learning, creativity, technology and real-world problem-solving.
Students from institutions across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Delhi-NCR and Uttar Pradesh participated in the national-level fest. The multidisciplinary nature of the event enabled students from different academic backgrounds to collaborate, compete and apply their knowledge to practical business challenges.
BIZVERSE’26 Promotes Experiential Learning
The inaugural ceremony featured Saurabh Khandelwal, Founder and CEO, DGS Translogistics India Pvt. Ltd., as the Chief Guest. Speaking on “From Small-Town Dreams to a Pan-India Enterprise,” Khandelwal encouraged students to combine ambition and determination with entrepreneurial thinking.
Delivering the inaugural address, Dr. Vijaysekhar Chellaboina, Vice-Chancellor, JKLU, highlighted the university’s focus on learning beyond conventional classroom environments.
“BIZVERSE’26 reflects JKLU’s commitment to creating learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom. By bringing together students from diverse disciplines and institutions, the fest encouraged them to apply knowledge, embrace technology, think creatively and solve real-world business challenges,” he said.
Dr. Sheetal Mundra, Acting Head of JKLU’s Institute of Management, emphasised the importance of platforms such as BIZVERSE in preparing young people to navigate an increasingly dynamic and interconnected professional world.
Six Competitions Put Business and AI Skills to the Test
The two-day management fest featured six major competitions designed around business awareness, creativity, artificial intelligence, strategic thinking, decision-making and problem-solving.
The competitions included:
- Biz Quiz
- Biz Reel
- Meme Marketing
- Prompt Battle
- Biz Lab
- Case Cracker
The programme was further strengthened by Open Business Games and two panel discussions focusing on student development and career readiness.
The panel discussions, titled “Beyond the Classroom: Making Campus Life Count” and “Future Ready: Skills, Mindset and Careers in a Changing World,” provided participants with insights into developing relevant skills, building the right mindset and preparing for changing career environments.
Institutions Across India Showcase Competitive Talent
The competition results reflected the strong participation of institutions from outside JKLU.
Jaipuria Institute of Management Jaipur emerged as the winner of Meme Marketing, represented by Sanya Goyal, Siya Nowal, Sneha Methi and Tanvi Agarwal.
Poornima University secured the top position in Prompt Battle, with Prasham Jain, Lakshay Varshney and Vikas Bagla representing the institution.
Vivekananda Global University (VGU) finished as runner-up in Biz Lab, while Mandsaur University, Madhya Pradesh, secured the runner-up position in Biz Reel.
These results highlighted the inter-institutional character of BIZVERSE’26 and the competitive participation from colleges and universities across different states.
JKLU Teams Deliver Strong Performances
JKLU students also demonstrated strong performances across several competitions.
Shrey Rawat, Romit Gandhi, Vishal Bansal and Ashutosh Gupta won Biz Lab.
Aman Jhanjharia, Aahan and Anijsht Amitanshu emerged winners of Biz Quiz.
In Biz Reel, the winning team comprised Nimit Jain, Pranav Gurjar, Akshat Garg and Lavish Kumawat.
Rashi Lunawat, Esha Bafna and Rashi Loya secured the top position in Case Cracker, further showcasing JKLU students’ capabilities in strategic thinking and business problem-solving.
BIZVERSE’26 Concludes with Focus on Future-Ready Skills
The fest concluded with a valedictory session attended by Dr. Shrikant Baldi, IAS (Retd.), Former Chief Secretary, Himachal Pradesh, as Chief Guest.
BIZVERSE’26 concluded as a celebration of experiential learning, innovation and inter-institutional engagement, bringing together business, technology, creativity and young talent on a common platform.
Through competitions, business games and expert-led discussions, the inaugural edition provided students with opportunities to move beyond theoretical learning and engage with practical challenges. The fest reinforced the importance of combining business knowledge, technology, creativity, strategic thinking and leadership in preparing students for an evolving professional landscape.
BIZVERSE’26’s central message—“Think, Strategize, Compete and Lead”—captured the spirit of the event and its focus on developing future-ready young professionals.
